Welcome to House Arrest Fest. This event is for music lovers, by music lovers. We're making lemonade out of these COVID-19 lemons we’ve been given. A lot, if not all of us have been affected by cancellations and postponement of shows and festivals recently. And with the gathering restrictions in place, the traditional concert layout is out of the question. Fortunately for us, we live in a day and age when we can connect with our fans without being physically present. We’ve decided to utilize the tools we have to continue doing what we love and make it up to fans who were looking forward to coming to our shows.
Enter House Arrest Fest.
House Arrest Fest will consist of three different “stages”: 1) The prerecorded stage, 2) the Instagram live stage, and 3) the independent stream stage. Our goal with this format is to create a sense of moving from different stages or venues for different performances. This festival will be free to the public but we encourage all to make a donation if they can. Half of the proceeds will go to the Red Cross for aiding people worldwide affected by health crises, and the other half will be split amongst the performing bands to help recoup losses due to cancelled tours, festivals, and other gigs.
Again, we’re very excited about this event and hope it helps us all pull together as a community. Please follow and share our social media pages and tune in on March 28th so we can make this the best socially distant music fest ever!
